🛠️ Warranty Coverage
Most major components — including used engines, transmissions, and ECMs — come with up to a 24-month (2-year) limited warranty, depending on the specific part and listing.
✅ What’s Covered
Defects in material or workmanship upon delivery
Failures of covered internal components under normal use
Engines: block, crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, cylinder heads, rockers, etc.
Transmissions: gears, valve bodies, torque converters, and internal shafts
❌ What’s Not Covered
External or bolt-on accessories (sensors, manifolds, wiring, hoses, etc.)
Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse
Failures due to not replacing fluids, filters, or gaskets
Labor, towing, rental, or diagnostic costs
🧾 Warranty Activation
To activate your warranty and ensure full coverage:
Installation must be performed by a certified mechanic
Proof of installation (invoice or shop receipt) may be required
Replace all seals, filters, gaskets, and fluids prior to installation
📌 Improper installation or missing documentation may void the warranty.
🔁 Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
✅ Return Eligibility
Request your return within 10 business days of receiving your part
Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our support team
Include original packaging, paperwork, and components
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Parts
Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly
🚚 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee
📦 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
💸 Cancellations
We understand plans change. Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
Within 4 hours: No charge
Within 48 hours: 10% restocking fee applies
After 48 hours: Subject to return policy terms
🚛 Shipping Information
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
$100 residential delivery fee applies unless otherwise arranged
Buyer is responsible for costs if a shipment is refused
